Copyright & Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA Policy)

Salesa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.

Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that content uploaded to or transmitted through Salesa infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to supportsalesa.io@gmail.com with the subject line "IP Complaint," including:

1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed;
2. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the Service (as specifically as possible);
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email);
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright/IP owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright/IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the complaint and may remove or disable access to the reported content, and/or notify the user who uploaded it. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to supportsalesa.io@gmail.com with a statement of good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake, along with your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in the applicable federal court.
